Run to Quit is a partnership program of the Canadian Cancer Society and the Running Room that helps you quit smoking by learning to walk or run 5 km. Walking and running can make cutting down and quitting easier by reducing cravings and withdrawal symptoms.

You can join a Run to Quit 10-week training program (in-store or online) or you can do it yourself with helpful quit-smoking resources.

Be a Buddy!
