CCS adapting to COVID-19 realities to support Canadians during and after the pandemic
Relay For Life Youth
At the Canadian Cancer Society Relay For Life Youth, students can step up, build school spirit and make a real impact - while learning valuable lessons about teamwork and giving back.
This year, we have reimagined Relay For Life Youth into Relay At Home — a new way to Relay online and keep our communities safe during COVID-19. With fun, interactive activities and time to celebrate survivors and remember those we’ve lost, Relay At Home will include all the hallmark components of our in-person events.
Relay At Home will still give students the opportunity to be a leader in their communities, as they continue online fundraising for life-saving cancer research and important support services for Canadians affected by cancer. Now more than ever, we know that those affected by cancer need our support.
On June 13 between 7 – 9 p.m. EDT, join Relay participants from across Canada to Relay At Home. Together, we will show our communities that no one has to face cancer alone.
If you’ve already signed up for a Relay event at your school, please visit www.relayforlife.ca to sign up for Relay At Home and continue online fundraising.

Together we can reduce the burden of cancer

Last year, we only had the resources available to fund 40% of high-priority research projects. Imagine the impact we could have if we were able to fund 100%.
