Non-Hodgkin lymphoma statistics
To provide the most current cancer statistics, statistical methods are used to estimate the number of new cancer cases and deaths until actual data become available.
Incidence and mortality
Incidence is the total number of new cases of cancer. Mortality is the number of deaths due to cancer.
In 2017, an estimated:
- 8,300 Canadians were diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
- 2,700 Canadians died from non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
- 4,600 men were diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma and 1,500 died from it.
- 3,700 women were diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma and 1,200 died from it.
