Statement of account

A “statement of account” must be submitted annually by the Host Institution for each research project for which funds have been awarded. Statements are also required for research scientist awards and former CBCF fellowship awards. Statements for CCS studentship and fellowship, student travel, or Canadian Cancer Society-named awards are not required.
