CCS adapting to COVID-19 realities to support Canadians during and after the pandemic
Ready for a challenge? Go Dry this February and help raise vital funds for the Canadian Cancer Society (CCS)!
Dry Feb is an online, third-party fundraiser that challenges Canadians to go alcohol-free for the month of February while raising funds for groundbreaking research and the country's largest cancer support system.
Through Dry Feb, we are looking to raise awareness about the link between cancer and alcohol, promote the idea that we can modify our alcohol consumption to reduce cancer risk and raise funds to support CCS's life-saving work.
Get involved and imagine the difference you can make for Canadians affected by cancer!
Why you should sign up
- You'll raise vital funds for groundbreaking cancer research and support programs so no one has to face cancer alone.
- There are health benefits to giving up alcohol for a month! You could get healthier and feel mentally and physically rejuvenated.
- You can use a Golden Ticket to take a night off from the challenge for a special occasion
- This year, you can challenge yourself to a full Dry month, or you can choose the length of your challenge. No matter how long you choose to go dry, you'll be raising vital funds for people affected by cancer, who need us now more than ever.
I’m extremely grateful to the Canadian Cancer Society for funding my research with an Innovation Grant.
