CCS adapting to COVID-19 realities to support Canadians during and after the pandemic
Research Information Outreach Team
The Research Information Outreach Teams (RIOT) are volunteer groups of university students and young scientists who work in cancer research and are specifically focused on research outreach. RIOT groups bring awareness to our communities about the progress and promise of cancer research by giving presentations and attending educational events, writing blogs and articles for local newspapers, and creating videoblogs.
RIOT groups are currently located in London, Toronto, Kingston, Ottawa, Montreal and Windsor. Visit their websites to find out more about each team and the work they are doing in their communities.
