Dr Michael Jewett
Dr Michael Jewett is a Professor of Surgery (Urology) at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre and the University of Toronto where he is a uro-oncologist. He is known for his contributions in the fields of testicular, bladder and kidney cancer. He is a past president of the Canadian Urology Association and has received multiple awards in the field of Urology, as well as teaching. In 2017, he received the Award for Exceptional Leadership in Patient Involvement in Cancer Research from the Canadian Cancer Research Alliance. He is a member of many medical associations in North America and has been a visiting professor, and guest, at more than 100 universities and international medical associations. He has an MD from Queen's University.
