  • Monthly support groups

The CCS’s monthly support groups are open to everyone whether you’re someone living with cancer or a caregiver. Once a month, you’re invited to discuss different subjects related to the cancer experience, such as stress management, how to handle emotions, how to adapt to a new reality, etc.

Monthly meetings will enable you to talk to people with similar experiences and share practical tips to improve your well-being.

The meetings are hosted by a healthcare professional with the guidance of a trained volunteer.
