Finding support groups

A cancer diagnosis can leave you feeling overwhelmed and isolated. That’s why we’re bringing help and hope with the Inspiring Hope Support Group Series, so you don’t have to feel alone.

If you have been diagnosed with cancer within the last 12 months, consider joining our free support group and benefit from the support of professionals, survivors and others who are facing a similar diagnosis.

A support group consists of 8 two-hour sessions. Led by experienced professionals along with cancer survivors, the sessions are structured but also provide flexibility in format and topics.

To find a support group near you, call 1-800-263-6750 or contact your local Canadian Cancer Society office.
