Patient Care Kit

The first trip to a cancer centre after being diagnosed can be overwhelming. You might be unsure of what to expect next or feel isolated and confused. To help people with cancer cope with their diagnosis, we’ve developed a Patient Care Kit.

The user-friendly tote bag includes the most up-to-date, practical and relevant information, including a nutrition guide, available support services and a guide on living and coping with a cancer diagnosis.

If you or someone you care about would benefit from the Patient Care Kit, place your order using the form below.

If you have any questions, call 1-888-939-3333 or contact your local Canadian Cancer Society office.
