SUPPORT CANADIANS LIVING WITH CANCER
Volunteers are urgently needed in April. When you volunteer just a few hours of your time during Daffodil Month, you help save lives and support people who are living with cancer. Volunteering is a small gesture that makes an enormous difference.
The Canadian Cancer Society – PEI Division is currently seeking volunteer help from passionate Islanders like you! Join the fight for life and help make a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer. For volunteer opportunities please contact:

It was very important that the fundraiser be in honour of my uncle, because it’s a great way to show our support for him.
Great progress has been made
Some cancers, such as thyroid and testicular, have survival rates of over 90%. Other cancers, such as pancreatic, brain and esophageal, continue to have very low survival rates.
