SUPPORT CANADIANS LIVING WITH CANCER
Since the 1950s, bright yellow daffodils have arrived in communities across Canada to mark the beginning of Daffodil Month. To this day, the daffodil continues to symbolize strength and courage to those living with cancer. At the Canadian Cancer Society (CCS), we know that while cancer changes people, it does not have to define them. Our goal is to prolong life and enhance the quality of life of those affected by cancer. At CCS, we want to help people facing cancer live their lives more fully.
As one of the first flowers to bloom in spring, daffodils are a symbol of resilience and hope in the fight against cancer. Show your support by filling your workplace with fresh daffodils and bright yellow pins. Every pin and bouquet sold helps change and save lives by funding innovative research and vital support services that truly make a difference for patients and their families. With your support, we can be a force-for-life in the face of cancer and prove that life is bigger than cancer.
- Daffodils can be purchased within the Greater Edmonton area, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat and Calgary (within a 50 kms radius) at www.cancer.ca/DaffodilsAB
