A leisurely walk in the park has got nothing on the rush of this challenging trail race!  Introducing Autumn Rush, a trail race designed by ultra runners who are giving back while doing what they love.  Taking place in beautiful Myra Bellevue Provincial Park and Angel Springs, this race has three distances to choose from (from 13.5km up to 42km) and will challenge even the most accomplished runners with as much climbing and technical descending as event organizers Shannon Wilford and Rene Unser could fit in!
