Biological therapy is sometimes used to treat penile cancer. It is also called biotherapy or biological response modifiers (BRMs).

Biological therapy drugs
The most common biological therapy drug used to treat cancer is topical 5% imiquimod (Aldara) cream. It is usually applied 5 times per week for about 6 weeks.
