Help save lives this holiday season
Treatments for rectal cancer
Treatments offered for rectal cancer depend on the stage and location of the tumour.
Radiation therapy, including chemoradiation, and surgery are the most common treatments used for rectal cancer. Chemotherapy (without radiation) and targeted therapy may also be used in some cases.

A home away from home
For cancer patients who must travel a great distance to get to treatment, Canadian Cancer Society lodges offer a welcoming place to stay.
