VOLUNTEERS ARE URGENTLY NEEDED IN APRIL
Bob is President and owner of Carecor Health Services Ltd, a diversified health care service company based in Toronto. The company provides clinical staffing services to hospitals, long-term care facilities, clinical research organizations, municipalities, public venues and more. Private individuals also contract with the company for privately paid home health care services. Previously, Carecor provided security services to hospitals, group purchasing services, operated a health care transportation and courier service, and managed emergency first responder services and medical clinics at Toronto’s Pearson airport.
Prior to owning Carecor, Bob was Assistant Executive Director for the Hospital Council of Metropolitan Toronto, a trade association representing the interests of Toronto-area hospitals. Bob also worked at the Ontario Ministry of Health and North York General Hospital. Bob has an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences, a postgraduate degree in Hospital Administration and a master’s degree in Business Administration, all from the University of Toronto.
He is active at Kingsway-Lambton United Church, where he was Chair of the Board, Chair of the Nominating Committee, Chair of the Stewardship Committee and a member of a Ministerial Search Committee. He remains an active member of the Committee of Stewards and the Official Board, a member of the Board of Trustees and chairs the Communications Committee.
Bob lives in Toronto with his wife and two adult children.
