Patricia North

Patricia is a health law lawyer and Legal Counsel for University Health Network, advising on the broad range of legal issues faced by hospitals, health care providers and research institutions. Prior to joining UHN, Patricia practiced corporate health law at a large Bay Street law firm, international law at a law firm in Paris, France, and was Legal Counsel and Policy Advisor to the Ontario Medical Association. Patricia completed her BA and LLB at Queen's University, her LLM at Osgoode Hall Law School, and is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

As a cancer survivor and as a family member and friend to others who've experienced cancer, Patricia feels very passionately about the mission of CCS and the important role that it plays in supporting cancer patients and cancer research in Ontario. Patricia joined the Ontario Division Board in 2010 and the Executive Committee in 2012.
