Patricia is a health sector lawyer and Chief Legal Officer for Women’s College Hospital. Patricia has practiced law in both in Canada and in Europe. Patricia’s expertise includes extensive knowledge of the health care sector, corporate governance, risk management and providing thought leadership on the impacts of emerging policy matters. A strategic and forward-thinking leader, Patricia understands the opportunity innovation and technology present for the health sector, and has significant experience structuring deals to bring research from bench to bedside. Patricia holds a Master of Laws degree specializing in alternative dispute resolution. As a cancer survivor, and a family member and friend to others who've experienced cancer, Patricia strongly supports the mission of CCS and the important role that it plays in supporting cancer patients and cancer research in Canada. Patricia joined CCS in 2010 and is Past Chair of the Ontario Division Board.
