The perfect rice bowl

Fresh, healthy and full of flavor, this rice bowl is packed with veggies and protein, making it the perfect fuel for when you’re on the go!

Cook the rice beforehand for a quick assembly on busy days. You’ll have a delicious meal ready in just a few minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Brown and Wild Rice Blend cooked
  • 1/2 cup Black Beans canned, no salt added, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Broccoli Slaw
  • 1/4 Avocado sliced
  • 1/2 Mango cubed
  • 2 tbsp Salsa
  • 2 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with a squeeze of lime
  • Cilantro to garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the rice according to the package directions, and place in the bottom of the bowl.
  2. Top the rice with the rest of the ingredients
