Honouring compassionate supporters

13 January 2014

Halifax -

On December 6, 2013 Canadian Cancer Society donors and volunteers visited The Lodge That Gives for an afternoon of fun, food and celebration. The Society united these incredible supporters to extend sincere appreciation for their continued efforts to help the Society change cancer forever.

The afternoon reception, which was also attended by the Canadian Cancer Society Board of Directors, employees and Daffodil Place Campaign Cabinet members, included the presentation of 2013 volunteer awards and piano entertainment from current Lodge residents.

The Canadian Cancer Society thanks all volunteers and donors for their continued support in the fight against cancer, and we wish you all the best in 2014!
