19 April 2018

New Brunswick -

The Canadian Cancer Society is proud to partner with UNI Financial Cooperation once again as a sponsor of Relay For Life in New Brunswick.

“We are honoured to have UNI Financial Cooperation as our Provincial Volunteer Sponsor,” said Roberta Dugas, Chair of the Canadian Cancer Society Board of Directors in New Brunswick. “Sponsorships like these, together with funds raised through Relay For Life, support Canada’s most promising cancer research and vital support services for people with cancer and their families.”

UNI Financial Cooperation has served as the Provincial Volunteer Sponsor for the past four years. They also have a long history of sponsoring individual Relay events throughout the province, and participate as teams at several local events.

“We are truly grateful for the amazing support shown by UNI Financial Cooperation over the years,” said Anne McTiernan-Gamble, Executive Director of the Canadian Cancer Society in New Brunswick. “By supporting Relay For Life, they continue to demonstrate their commitment and caring for people in New Brunswick living with cancer.”

With nearly 1 in 2 Canadians expected to be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime and a nearly 35% surge in cancer cases anticipated by 2030 due to our growing and aging population, now more than ever, we need your generous support. Gather a team of friends and family and join the Canadian Cancer Society at Relay For Life this June. Come celebrate survivors, honour those we’ve lost and commit to raising funds to fight all types of cancer. Cancer changes everything. So can you.
