“Help Cut Childhood Cancer” with a haircut at First Choice Haircutters
First Choice Haircutters, Canada’s leading salon franchise, is proudly joining the Society again this April for their annual “Help Cut Childhood Cancer” campaign. From April 16–22, 2012, participating First Choice Haircutters salons will donate $0.50 cents from every haircut to the Canadian Cancer Society in support of childhood cancer research. Golf Canada encourages women to Golf Fore the Cure
Throughout the spring and summer months, women across the country can participate in Golf Fore the Cure events in support of the fight against breast cancer. The Society is proud to be Golf Canada’s charity of choice for this series of events – the signature charity event of their Women’s Division. The program’s objective is to raise funds for the fight against breast cancer while promoting women’s participation in the game of golf. HP Everyday Papersproduced by International Paperfights back against cancer this Daffodil Month!
For the month of April, HP Everyday Papers will be selling specially-marked packages of HP Multipurpose Paper and donating 20% of the profits to the fight against cancer. HP Everyday Papers has been supporting the Society since 2007 during Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a percentage donation on their HP Multipurpose Pink Ream Promotion. Fight cancer with Laura Canada fashion
Throughout the month of April, Canada’s leading fashion retailer is selling yellow daffodil pins in support of our Daffodil Month campaign in stores across the country. As well, Laura stores will continue to donate 1% of the total proceeds from the sale of Laura Privilege Cards and Laura Privilege Renewal Cards (a customer loyalty program that offers a ten per cent discount on purchases) towards the fight against breast cancer. LifeLabs founding sponsor of the Society’s national signature fundraising event, Relay For Life, has joined the Society as an official distributor of the daffodil pin for 2012. This April, yellow daffodil pins will be distributed at over 200 patient service locations in Ontario, British Columbia and Quebec. Lion’s Gate Marketing automotive after care products help fight cancer
Established in 1983, Lion’s Gate Marketing provides quality aftermarket products for the business offices of automotive and recreation dealerships across Canada. Throughout 2012, LGM will donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of a variety of extended warranty policies through Volkswagen and Audi dealerships to the Canadian Cancer Society. The Canadian Cancer Society and Neutrogena® have once again joined together to educate Canadians about reducing their risk of skin cancer. Donate your Petro Canada Points to the fight for life
Since its inception, Petro-Canada customers have donated over 339 million PETRO-POINTS to the Society. Petro-Canada has renewed the “PETRO-POINTS for Cancer” program for 2012 and will include a marketing and promotional campaign encouraging Canadians to donate their points to the Canadian Cancer Society.
