When you’re ready to talk about quitting, we’re here to help

The Canadian Cancer Society's Smokers' Helpline is a free, confidential telephone service you can call for easy access to a trained quit specialist. We can help you develop a structured “Quit Plan”, answer your questions about quitting and refer you to services in your community.

Hours of operation

Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday-Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
