Step 1

If you are interested in volunteering with the Canadian Cancer Society, please print a copy of the application form and complete it.

Please note that if you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain parental consent.

Step 2

Locate the Society office nearest you and mail, fax or drop off the application directly to that office. You will find the office address, telephone, fax and e-mail information on that office’s home page.

Step 3

Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted shortly to discuss your application and potential opportunities.
