This year the Canadian Cancer Society Relay For Life will bring together 53 communities in BC and the Yukon who are committed to celebrate the lives of those who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and empower individuals and communities to fight back against cancer.
The money that is raised through Relay for Life are used to fund outstanding cancer research, cancer prevention initiatives, advocacy for healthier communities; provide comprehensive cancer information and deliver caring support programs to people with cancer, their families and caregivers.
Be part of a fun, fulfilling, non-competitive experience. Become a team captain and recruit famiy members, friends and workmates to take part in a memorable 12 hour event that raises awareness of the impact of cancer in our communities.

Celebrate with the Survivors' Victory Lap. Cheer on cancer survivors and their caregivers as they walk the Survivors' Victory Lap - the 1st lap of Relay. Their strength, courage and determination help the community see that cancer survivorship is real and that we ARE making progress in the battle against cancer. |

Purchase a luminary to honour a cancer survivor or remember a loved one lost. Luminaries are placed around the Relay track - providing a moving, unforgettable experience that motivates us to continue the fight. |
